2004 Laird Family Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: The 2004 Laird Family Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is composed entirely from Laird vineyards in the Yountville AVA. State Lane Ranch is on the valley floor on the far east side of Yountville. Mast Ranch is in the gravely soil with fine drainage on the west  bench land, near the foot of the Mayacamas.

2005 Laird Family Jillian's Blend Red Wine: The sizeable 2005 harvest presented an opportunity to produce the very first Napa blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from Laird vineyards. Paul Hobbs and Rebecca Laird tasted a number of potential components and interesting trial blends. The final barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon were primarily divided between State Lane Ranch in Yountville, and the Red Hen Ranch at the Laird Winery site. Some of the younger Cabernet fruit contributed bright cherry fruit, and good tannins. From the Laird Dyer Ranch in Carneros, the Syrah added the meat and spice elements.

2004 Laird Family Dyer Ranch Syrah: A deep color with purple and blue hues;  concentrated aromas of dusty rose, sour cherry, and toasted oak.  Blackberry and boysenberry fruit flavors are balanced by a firm structure, and completed with soft tannins.  This restrained Syrah pairs well with lamb and other grilled chops.

2002 Laird Family Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon: The 2002 Diamond Mountain is rich and soft, showing the effects of its over three years in the bottle.
